Schaefer's Electrical Enclosures is seeking a grinder/operator to support fabricating enclosure assemblies, sub-panels, and accessories. You will operate grinding tools and fabrication equipment, finish metal parts, and inspect for defects to meet quality standards.
The role requires following SOPs, reading blueprints or drawings, and maintaining a safe, clean work area. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work 8–10 hour shifts is needed.
