Do you like following detailed operation manuals to keep work consistent?
Are pliers, screwdrivers, box cutters, and power tools a comfortable part of your toolkit?
Can you package finished parts—cartons, taping boxes with auto tape dispensers—without missing a beat?
Do you prioritize safety and follow established safety measures every time?
Are you a team player who resolves conflicts respectfully and supports others?
Do you welcome feedback from manufacturing leaders to improve quality and performance?
Are you willing to jump in on additional tasks to help the team hit project milestones?
What you’ll do Assemble components into final products using written instructions.
Operate with precision using hand tools (pliers, screwdrivers, box cutters) and power tools.
Complete packing operations and prepare items for shipment using auto tape dispensers.
Maintain a safe, secure work area by following all company safety practices.
Collaborate across the team to resolve issues and maintain a supportive culture.
Incorporate coaching from manufacturing leaders to elevate output and quality.
Contribute beyond your station when needed to meet deadlines.
Skills that set you up for success
Ability to perform repetitive motions with lightweight parts (up to 10 lbs/part).Effective time management; consistently meets commitments.
Respectful, collaborative approach with peers and leaders.
Comfort reading and following written instructions from operation manuals.
Preferred proficiency:
Machine building/assembling and blueprint reading.
