Senior Consultant – Copilot Content Strategy & Enablement

Role Overview
:
We are seeking a strategic and creative Senior Consultant to lead Copilot content development and enablement initiatives across multiple partner and field-facing channels. This role is critical in driving Copilot GTM success, partner and field communications, and content.

United States region, must be in PST time zone (or willing to work PST)

Language Requirement
:
Fluency in English required.

Key Responsibilities
:

• Copilot GTM
  • Own creation of full BOMs for Copilot launches and initiatives.
  • Develop messaging frameworks, positioning documents, pitch decks, FAQs, one-pagers, and partner and field landing kits.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and partner teams to align content with GTM strategy.
• Content Creation & Enablement
  • Write and edit marketing scripts for first-party events (e.g., Ignite).
  • Create compelling slide decks for Copilot sections in partner briefings and webinars.
  • Produce demo videos and promotional assets for Copilot capabilities.
• Partner & Field Communications
  • Contribute to internal and partner-facing newsletters
  • Develop email OFTs and campaign assets tailored to partner audiences
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders for content distribution and publication
• Performance & Impact:
  • Monitor adoption metrics and partner feedback to continuously refine GTM approaches.
  • Support monthly business reviews and ad-hoc meetings as requested (may include design of slides, metric input, strategic planning, and stakeholder management.
• Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Partner with stakeholders across Copilot GTM, Business Central, Video Production, CSP Briefings and Field Enablement work streams.

An Ideal Candidate Would Possess the Following Skills
:

• Proven experience in content strategy and product marketing
• Strong PowerPoint and deck creation skills, with an eye for visual storytelling
• Exceptional copywriting ability, including external partner-facing content
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot - both value proposition and hands-on usage
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Additional Desired Skills & Experience
:

• Experience with video production workflows and demo scripting
• Knowledge of Microsoft partner ecosystem
• Comfort working in fast-paced, matrixed environments
