We are seeking a motivated, organized, and energetic marketing professional with exceptional communication skills and critical thinking abilities to join our Northern California region team. You will play an integral role in our Marketing Team, working both independently and collaboratively to execute firm-wide initiatives. Your responsibilities will include proposal development, collateral production, and managing marketing data. Key Responsibilities- Asset Management:
Regularly update and manage content libraries of resumes, project descriptions, and other marketing collateral. - Business Development:
Support and attend internal/external events and trade shows aligned with strategic goals; manage registrations and memberships. - Content Creation:
Develop compelling marketing materials, including RFP/RFQ responses, SOQs, case studies, and social media content. - Data Management:
Champion CRM efforts and maintain accurate marketing data. - Market Research:
Identify, research, and track potential marketing pursuits to support business planning initiatives. - Proposal Management:
Lead and manage proposal submissions, coordinating schedules, content development, and review cycles through to final submittal, client presentations, interviews, and debriefs.

- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong editing skills to create clear, compelling, and grammatically correct content.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign), Canva, and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional writing skills with proven experience in both external and internal communications.
- Self-starter with the ability to lead a technical team on various marketing projects.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related degree and 4 years of marketing and communications experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign).
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
- Adept at working well with various types of personalities and work styles.
- Strong understanding of go/no-go process.
- Participation in mentoring; attend and participate in relevant industry workshops.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- A strong understanding of the A/E/C industry.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
- Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM)
- Experience in the A/E/C industry is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with a Client Relationship Management (CRM) system is a plus.
The expected salary range for this position is listed below. The base range may be adjusted based on the specific location of the applicant. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
Minimum $90400 - Maximum $140000
