About the Role

The Senior Manager, Creator & Talent Strategy is a key member of Mundial Media’s Studio team, responsible for developing, scaling, and leading creator and talent partnerships that bring authentic cultural storytelling to life. This role blends relationship management, creative strategy, and campaign execution to build a world‑class creator ecosystem aligned with Mundial Media’s mission and client goals.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in the creator economy, branded content, and multicultural media—and thrives at the intersection of creativity, influence, and impact.

• Lead the development of Mundial Media’s creator and talent strategy, building scalable processes and preferred rosters.
• Identify and onboard creators across multicultural communities for branded content and social‑first campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales, Creative, and Client Solutions to integrate creators into brand storytelling initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and oversee end‑to‑end execution of creator‑led activations.
• Champion authentic representation

• Strengthen relationships with creators, managers, and agencies to expand Mundial Media’s presence in the talent ecosystem.
• Measure and report creator performance, integrating Cadmus AI insights into campaign storytelling and optimization.

• 5–8 years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or branded content strategy.
• Proven success building and managing creator or influencer programs across digital and social platforms.
• Strong understanding of multicultural markets and diverse creator communities.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of the creator economy, influencer platforms, and digital storytelling.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial setting.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
