You are the glue that holds both the plan and the people together, ensuring that projects stay on track while keeping teams engaged and enthusiastic. Your strategic delegation and problem‑solving abilities make you a natural fit for this role.

• Assists with tracking projects through the agency from implementation to execution stages.
• Creates timelines for the development of multichannel projects, balancing agency/client needs and consulting appropriate team members for input and approvals.
• Supports adherence to project timelines by working with the team to meet milestone dates for project completion by deadline.
• Traffics jobs through the digital routing system to ensure they stay on task and on time.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; marketing, advertising, or communication concentration preferred.
• Previous project management and project planning experience a plus.
• Ability to collaborate closely with others in a team environment under tight deadlines.

• Outstanding communication skills.
• Superior organizational skills.
