We’re looking for a Account Coordinator who is eager to jump in, learn quickly, and support our account team in delivering meaningful work. This entry level position is designed to help you build a strong foundation in account management and offers the ideal entry point into agency life at Orci, a place where collaboration, curiosity, and a passion for cultural connection guide everything we do.

As an Account Coordinator, you will work closely with account executives and cross‑functional partners to support day‑to‑day client management while developing a strong understanding of our process. You will gain exposure to strategy, creative development, production, and more, all while contributing to the smooth execution of campaigns in a fast paced, high performing environment.

You will support the account team in managing client communication, campaign workflows, and internal coordination, ensuring our work is timely, accurate, and aligned with client expectations.

• CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS AND CAMPAIGN SUPPORT
• Support account team members in day‑to‑day client management.
• Build strong relationships with agency partners and understand their needs and expectations.
• Respond to client emails in a timely manner.
• Track traffic dates and ensure deadlines are met.
• Issue traffic instructions and creative assets promptly.
• Flag timing challenges or delivery concerns when needed.
• CAMPAIGN AND TASK MANAGEMENT
• Assist in overseeing campaign tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep internal teams informed of campaign status and updates.
• Document meeting recaps in Teams and outline next steps for clients.
• Create job numbers in Aqua.
• QUALITY ASSURANCE
• Review all client work and campaign assets with attention to detail before sharing with clients or partner agencies.
• CROSS AGENCY COLLABORATION
• Collaborate with creative, project management, production, and accounting teams to support campaign execution and alignment.
• CAMPAIGN OPERATIONS AND DELIVERABLES
• Schedule campaign kick‑off meetings.
• Complete ad s.
• Send ASFs and approved deliverables to Innovid and Ansira for upload.
• Complete trafficking sheets and shop out spots.
• ESTIMATE TRACKING
• Review estimates for accuracy and completeness before sending to clients for approval and before projects begin.
• INDUSTRY AWARENESS
• Monitor client social channels and stay informed on competitor activity.
• Share relevant trends, insights, and opportunities with the team.

• A college degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish preferred.
