The leading firm in creative video production is looking for a bold, data and revenue-driven VP of Marketing to lead its next era of growth. This company has become a major force in modern video creation, producing tens of thousands of videos for global brands, high-growth startups, and innovative SMBs. With a platform that streamlines production from concept to delivery, the company is entering an exciting chapter where technology, storytelling, and scale come together to redefine how brands create content.
This role is designed for a marketing leader who thrives in transformation. The company is rebuilding its marketing engine, reimagining its go-to-market strategy, and positioning itself to win in an increasingly competitive, AI-powered content landscape. The VP of Marketing will guide full‑funnel strategy brand, acquisition, lifecycle, product marketing, creative, and communications while shaping how the company shows up in the market.
Role- Lead the full‑funnel marketing strategy across brand, growth, content, lifecycle, and product marketing
- Rebuild and optimize the marketing engine to drive demand, accelerate pipeline, and fuel revenue growth
- Develop audience segmentation, ICPs, and messaging that strengthen market positioning
- Oversee brand evolution through compelling creative, storytelling, and thought leadership
- Direct content strategy across video, social, SEO, case studies, and events
- Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing marketing team with clear goals and KPIs
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling B2B marketing in SaaS, AdTech, creative services, or marketplace environments
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in CAC, LTV, funnel performance, and ROI measurement
- Skilled leader who can build systems, elevate teams, and drive cross‑functional alignment
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to craft clear narratives and inspire creative execution

Location & Workplace Type: LA (4 days per week in office)
Salary: $225-275k + bonus + equity
