Marketing Intern

Grimco is a national wholesale distributor of sign supplies and graphics products, with 65+ locations across the US and Canada. We supply the sign makers, print shops, and fabricators who build what you see on storefronts, vehicles, and billboards everywhere. Our marketing team sits at the center of it - connecting our vendor partners, our sales force, and tens of thousands of customers.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll spend the summer on our marketing team working on real product launches, not busywork. Product marketing at Grimco means understanding what a customer is trying to make, figuring out which products help them make it better, and giving our sales team the story and tools to have that conversation.

You'll work alongside our Portfolio Managers, Digital Strategy, and Creative teams, and you'll present your work to marketing leadership at the end of the summer.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Research a product category - who buys it, why, and how we stack up against the competition

Help build launch materials: product one-pagers, sales talk tracks, email campaigns, web content

Interview customers and sales reps to understand what's actually driving buying decisions

Pull and analyze product and campaign performance data to see what's working

Support a live promotion or launch from planning through execution

Own one summer project end to end, with a recommendation you present to the team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Rising junior or senior pursuing Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Strong writer who can explain a technical product in plain language

Comfortable with Excel and eager to learn tools like [Hub Spot, Google Analytics, Jira etc.]

Curious about how things get made - no sign industry experience needed, just interest

Organized, self-directed, and comfortable asking questions
