Digital Marketing and Content Manager

Search is evolving-and we're looking for someone who knows how to keep up.

We're looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Manager who can help our brands stand out in traditional search results and the rapidly evolving world of AI-powered search. This role is ideal for someone who really understands SEO, brings solid knowledge in AEO and GEO, and enjoys turning ideas and insights into great content.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape our search strategy, improve existing content, create and publish new content, and bring our brand to life through engaging digital experiences-including video.

• Lead SEO, AEO & GEO efforts to grow organic visibility across search engines and AI platforms like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and Perplexity.
• Optimize and improve existing content across our websites, product pages, and other digital channels.
• Create compelling new content that connects with our audiences and is built for discoverability, engagement, and performance.
• Improve website performance through keyword research, technical SEO, content audits, metadata, structured data, and other optimization strategies.
• Produce and publish multimedia content
  , including graphics, photography, and short-form video for websites and social media.
• Track results and find opportunities using analytics, search performance data, and emerging AI search insights.
• Collaborate across teams to develop content, support marketing initiatives, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Stay ahead of the curve by testing new tools, following search and content trends, and finding smarter ways to work.

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, or a related field.
• Strong SEO knowledge and a solid understanding of AEO, GEO, and AI-powered search.
• Experience managing website content and publishing across digital channels.
• Hands-on experience creating or editing multimedia content, including video.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
• Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills.
• Strong organizational skills, curiosity, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is welcome.
