Creative Community Arts and Conferences Intake & Scoping Coordinator – Volunteer

In support of Broadway Creative Studios, this unpaid, virtual volunteer role serves as the front-line coordinator for inquiries, partnerships, and event scoping with artists, tech companies, and impact partners.

Role Overview
  • Serve as the front-line virtual coordinator for inquiries of interest in Broadway Creative Studios event space, engaging with artists, tech companies, and impact partners.
  • Scope creative, event, and partnership needs through thoughtful conversations, online forms, and collaborative discovery sessions and email coordination.
  • Collaborate with fellow volunteers and the Creative Studios leadership team to match opportunities and resources, ensuring each inquiry finds an inspiring, sustainable pathway to participation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond warmly to inbound interest and guide potential partners/fellows through needs assessment, informational interviews, and project scoping calls.
  • Document and synthesize needs, ideas, and event requests to inform studio scheduling and programming.
  • Maintain a digital dashboard tracking inquiries, tailored solutions, and event follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate with the team to support event logistics, communications, and the onboarding of new creative or impact fellows.
  • Help shape community engagement strategies that support diversity, artistic excellence, and broad accessibility.
