Description
If you are looking to make a real, immediate impact in your community, join Coalition Life – the nation’s largest professional pro-life sidewalk counseling organization. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to serve as a Community Engagement Associate. This part-time role will assist the Director of Marketing and Community Engagement in building and maintaining relationships with supporters, local organizations, and the broader community to advance the mission of Coalition Life.
Key Responsibilities
- Pray daily for the mission of Coalition Life.
- 15 - 29 hours per week
- Support the Director of Marketing and Community Engagement in planning and executing outreach strategies.
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with businesses, churches, schools, and community organizations.
- Help organize and execute local outreach events, such as Coalition Life Circle and other community appearances.
- Maintain and update email lists and assist with email marketing campaigns.
- Support social media management by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance.
- Assist with the design and distribution of physical and digital outreach materials.
- Help recruit and coordinate volunteers for office tasks and outreach events.
- Maintain records of community contacts, engagement activities, and event participation.
- Assist with media relations and public-facing communications as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in fundraising, development, nonprofit administration, or related fields (internships and volunteer experience considered).
- Strong organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with donor databases (Salesforce experience a plus), Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as collaboratively.
