We’re hiring a Research and Policy Manager to lead our policy research and advocacy efforts. This role designs and drives community‑centered research that advances our campaigns, with initiatives focused on improving the material conditions of South LA, building thriving communities, combating systemic racism, and creating a more just future. The Manager will supervise staff and interns, and ensure policy work reflects the lived experiences of our base.
The ideal candidate is equity‑driven, skilled in policy analysis, and able to translate complex research into accessible, movement‑building strategies.
