Talented Medical Solutions is hiring an experienced and compassionate Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) for a contract opportunity in Memphis, Missouri

As an L&D RN, you’ll care for mothers through labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. Your role will be vital in ensuring safe births and a calm, confident experience for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor patients during labor and track fetal heart rates

Assist with vaginal deliveries and emergency C-sections

Administer medications and manage IVs and epidurals

Provide postpartum care and newborn assessments

Communicate with physicians and support staff

Offer education and emotional support to new families

Active Missouri RN license (or willingness to obtain)

Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications

Minimum 1 year of recent L&D experience required

Strong clinical judgment and calm demeanor in high-pressure situations
