RN, PRN - Emergency Department (Franklin, LA)

Overview

Must have a minimum of 2 years Acute Care experience as a Registered Nurse. Emergency Department experience is required. The position is PRN, with DAYS 6A-6P, NIGHTS 6P-6A and/or Weekends. The position reports to the Department Nurse Manager and, in the absence of the Nurse Manager, to the House Supervisor.

• Provide patient care in the Emergency Department as a Registered Nurse (ED experience required).
• Coordinate with department leadership per hospital policies; PRN coverage as scheduled.
• Ensure compliance with licensure, certifications, and department procedures.

• Must be a licensed RN in the State of Louisiana.
• Minimum 2 years Acute Care experience;
  Emergency Department experience required.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS and MOAB within 6 months.

$40/hr - must work one shift per pay period and one holiday per year.
