** Opportunity Highlights:
*** General Ob/Gyn Practice
* 11 provider group – 3 physicians, 2 Advanced Practice Providers (NPs) and 7 Certified Nurse Midwives
* 15-20 Patients per day
* Monday thru Thursday (8am – 4:45pm) – Friday (8am – 12noon)
* Providers are at the main location (Eagle Harbor) and will rotate to Oakleaf at least one day per week

** Qualifications and Requirements:
*** Current and Unrestricted Certified Nurse Midwife License (CNM) in Florida OR the ability to obtain. (ACNM Certification)
* Women's Health experience

*** Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience as an RN, prior to advanced training.
* Advanced degree from an accredited Nurse-Midwifery Program
* Minimum of 40 deliveries during training
* Active BLS Certification
