• Work closely with an interdisciplinary care team to provide high-quality patient care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

• Assess patients and develop or update individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as needed.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure proper care standards are met.
• Communicate openly with patients, families, and physicians.
• Assist with admissions, documentation, and patient education.
• Participate in on-call rotation, in-service education, and hands‑on care as needed.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unencumbered Missouri LPN license.
• Strong clinical skills, organizational ability, and leadership capabilities.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a team-player mindset.
