The Labor and Delivery Nurse Manager will lead a busy, Baby‑Friendly designated Labor and Delivery Department known for compassionate, evidence-based maternity care and seamless couplet‑care practices. The Labor and Delivery Nurse Manager will oversee triage, antepartum, intrapartum, cesarean ORs, and immediate postpartum care, advancing initiatives that promote skin‑to‑skin bonding, breastfeeding success, and respectful birth experiences, in collaboration with obstetricians, certified nurse midwives, anesthesiology, neonatology, and lactation experts.

The Labor and Delivery Nurse Manager will report to a seasoned Women’s and Children’s Services executive and will be supported by charge nurses, an experienced perinatal educator, lactation consultants, and a multidisciplinary leadership team.
