Seeking Full Time, Per Diem, Alternate Hours LVNs
Patient visits are available invarious areas--must be willing to drive.

We offer you flexibility with various shifts available, including 4pm-12am and 12am-8am. Hourly $35.00 - $38.00
* We welcome applications from new Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) graduates, especially those with experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), or Medical Assistant (MA)
We are looking for experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses to work continuous care and/or alternate and guaranteed hours shifts.
You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse and will provide careto assigned hospice patients. You will provide intermittent visits and/orshifts of skilled nursing care, performing prescribed medical treatments,including pain management and symptom control, nursing observations, teaching regarding the expected course of the disease, care techniques and other health measures to the patient, family, or other primary caregivers. You will also participate in the care plan development and implementation with other membersof the hospice interdisciplinary team.
You must possess a sympathetic attitude toward caringfor hospice patients and families, able to communicate and interact well withother members of the hospice team and be comfortable with computers and use of electronic medical records.

QUALIFICATIONS- Graduate of an accredited school of vocational/practical nursing.
- Current LVN license within the State. Certification in Hospice and Palliative Vocational/Practical Nursing preferred.
- At least one-year experience as LVN/LPN.
- Valid driver's license, and auto insurance, reliable/well maintained transportation.
