Collaborative structure, support, and scope — Reporting to a seasoned service line executive, the Nurse Manager will partner closely with physician leaders in Interventional Radiology and Cardiology, while leading a cohesive team of experienced RNs, technologists, charge nurses, educators, and coordinators; the Nurse Manager will drive day-to-day operations, staffing and throughput, budget stewardship, accreditation readiness, radiation safety, infection prevention, supply and device management, case scheduling, and continuous improvement across diagnostics and interventions, supported by friendly nurses and a diverse, highly skilled multidisciplinary team.
