Shift: Days

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate daily operations of the Behavioral Health unit.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient-centered care.
• Support staff development and performance improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing personnel.

Qualifications

• 2 years of behavioral health experience and 2 years of leadership experience.
• Registered RN license in Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school or equivalent education.
• Proficiency in Basic Life Support (BLS) and advanced patient care.

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school or equivalency for licensing.

Licensing and Certifications

• BLS Health Care Provider (BLS HCP) – American Heart Association (AHA).
• Registered RN – Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) or Missouri Division of Professional Registration, or Compact State or state board license in Oklahoma or Wisconsin.
