Previous Advanced Practitioner Primary Care experience is required for this role.

• Hours:
  
  Monday-Fri 7:30am-4pm
• Flexible scheduling start/end times
• Full-time position
• Outpatient Clinic
• Treating patients of all ages
• No weekend or call requirement
• System-wide Epic EMR
