Pay Rate: $28.00 - $35.00 an hour

We are looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses or Registered Nurses to join our team in supporting medically fragile children, teens, and young adults in a setting that values both exceptional care and work-life balance.

What You'll Do:

• Provide compassionate, individualized care for clients with complex medical needs
• Monitor, record, and report treatment reactions and changes in condition to relevant personnel.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care accurately in electronic charts and communicate effectively

Who You Are:

• A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with current state licensure
• Patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure
• Dedicated to providing safe, nurturing, and consistent care
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive and professional attitude
