Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Pay range: $16.00/hr - $20.00/hr actual pay is based on skills and experience.
We are looking for a compassionate HHA or CNA in Glenallen, MO to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician‑established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. The current scheduling needs will be established between the HHA/CNA, patient, and case manager.
Shift: 8 hours a week—perfect for someone looking for PRN or part‑time work.
Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.
Responsibilities- Executes physician‑prescribed plans of care and compliant documentation of care provided in the system of record
- Administers prescribed treatments and therapies
- Performs patient assessments and coordinates care
- Performs various activities associated with daily living, communications, and monitoring of vitals while working at the patient’s home
- Works with patients in a comfortable one‑on‑one environment
- Communicates with family members, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health of patients
- Performs other personal care services as necessary to meet the patient’s needs
- Current CPR, First Aid, and 2‑Step TB Test
- Prefer experience in a clinical care setting; home health experience preferred
- Good interpersonal skills
- Prolonged standing and walking required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move patients
- Requires hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity
