Nurse Shift Supervisor Shift Details8‑hour shifts, 5 days a week, 5:00 pm–1:00 am.
12‑hour shifts, 3 days a week, 7:00 pm–7:00 am.

What you’ll doAs our Nurse Shift Supervisor, you will guide nursing operations during your assigned shift to ensure safe, efficient, high‑quality care. You’ll provide hands‑on leadership, mentor staff, support admissions, maintain compliance, and foster a positive, collaborative workplace.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee nursing staff and provide real‑time coaching and support
- Assist with patient admissions and ensure protocol accuracy
- Lead shift‑change meetings and reinforce our “Better Way” principles
- Participate in quality audits and regulatory compliance efforts
- Support new hire orientation and ongoing staff development
- Manage supply needs and maintain operational readiness
- Assist with scheduling to ensure adequate coverage
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active, unencumbered RN licence
- 1+ year of nursing experience (behavioural health or geriatric preferred)
- CPR, First Aid, de‑escalation, and restraint certifications (training provided)
- Small hospital, BIG opportunities
