The Flex Pool offers RNs with a minimum experience level of 3 years in an acute care area the opportunity to move around our 4 acute care facilities as well as the Rehab Institute, with salary ranges that are extremely competitive with agency rates.

These positions are offered as full-time, part-time, weekend option, and daily options. Graduates must be from an accredited school of nursing; ACLS preferred; current or eligible for Louisiana Licensure.

• Provide nursing care as a member of the Flex Pool across four acute care facilities and the Rehab Institute.
• Complete general orientation in the Training and Development Center and progress to unit-specific training with a preceptor.
• Support assigned patient populations with the indicated nurse-to-patient ratios: 5:1 or 6:1 on Medical Surgical floors, 3:1 on Step Down units, and 2:1 in Critical Care units.
• Participate in flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, weekend option, and daily options.

• Graduates must be from an accredited school of nursing.
