The House Supervisor monitors, coordinates, and supervises the daily operations and activities. Acts as a resource for all the team members and works closely with other interdisciplinary teams to maintain best practice workflows and keep issues to a minimum.
- Supervises nursing staff, schedule shifts and their day‑to‑day duties on behalf of nursing leadership.
- Perform administrative duties including scheduling nursing shifts.
- Collaborates with other departments and programs to achieve interdisciplinary improvements.
- Maintains a safe environment for staff and patients through awareness of surroundings and participation in the safety program.
- Identifies and solves patients concerns, questions, and suggestions to ensure quality care is delivered.
- Collaborates to problem solve and make decisions to achieve desired outcomes
- Establishes effective working relationships with cross‑functional team(s)

Hours: Per Diem, 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.
Qualifications- Valid California RN License
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Master’s degree preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association
- PALS certification preferred
- Three or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- One or more years experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity is preferred
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal relationships in a manner which enhances communication, promotes conflict resolution and facilitates staff development.
