Operating Room Resource Coordinator
Join Mercy as an Operating Room Resource Coordinator. This full‑time role supports the operating room service by coordinating patient care, managing set‑up and turnover, and providing clinical support in alignment with the RN primary function.
OverviewWorks in conjunction with the service leader, performing the primary function of a Registered Nurse by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Coordinates patient care with other departments, organizes and implements services in the specialty area, and ensures timely workflow including room set‑up, turnover, supplies, and equipment. Functions in a staff role as needed, including relief for breaks and lunches, and assists with department operational support tasks and orientation of new coworkers.
Qualifications- Experience: Must have 1-year operating room RN experience

Education:
Graduate from an accredited RN program - Preferred Education: BSN
- Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association
