Pay Range:What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct care and administer medications and treatments to residents in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care, in accordance with physician orders and state regulations.
- Monitor residents’ health conditions, vital signs, and behavior; document and communicate changes to physicians, families, and team members promptly and accurately.
- Support the development and ongoing updates of residents’ Personal Service Plans, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams and external providers.
- Perform medical tasks such as wound care, catheter care, oxygen administration, and injections as permitted by licensure and community standards.
- Supervise and monitor medication administration, including transcriptions, narcotic counts, and proper storage/disposal, ensuring full compliance with policy.
- Respond to emergencies, manage family and resident concerns professionally, and maintain thorough shift documentation for quality and compliance.
- May assist our residents with activities of daily living that can include continence care, showering, grooming, transfer assistance, and meal assistance.
- Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
- Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements.
- Current nursing license required; must be in good standing and free of disciplinary action.
- At least one year of experience preferred, but not required.
