• Education Assistance:
  Tuition Reimbursement $2,000 per year; $30k in initial RN degree assistance.
• $3,000 Relocation Assistance for full time only.
• Weekend Differential.
• Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3pm-7am.
• Weekend Option Days: WEO rates + weekend differential.
• Weekend Option Nights: WEO rates + weekend differential + straight night shift differential.
• New Increased Weekend Option Differential: $8.00 LPN.

• Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; consideration for comparable education and licensure. Licensure: personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state and meeting all state board requirements.
• Experience: New or experienced LPN.
• Certifications:
• LPN-IV Certification – must be completed within 3 months of hire.
• Basic Life Support – completed within 30 days of hire.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Push, pull, lift 50 pounds regularly.
  • Prolonged standing and walking each shift.
  • Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat.
• Clinical Focus: Serves the medical cardiac population managing chronic and acute onset diseases, telemetry and cardiac management, coordination with cath lab, dialysis, infusion, anti-coagulation therapies.
