Specialized Care:
Our unit provides advanced renal and dialysis care, including hemodialysis, continuous cycler peritoneal dialysis (CCPD), and continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD). Nurses on our unit are highly trained in telemetry, ensuring close monitoring and optimal patient outcomes. With a 4:1 patient ratio, we ensure manageable workloads, allowing for high-quality care and better patient interactions. Our unit thrives on strong interdisciplinary collaboration, working closely with physicians, dialysis specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Nurse Director/charge nurse patients and families are provided competent holistic care based on nursing process.

EXPERIENCE:

One year medical/surgical experience, telemetry/critical care preferred
