Hiring a Registered Nurse for an Outpatient Health non-profit clinic in Los Angeles, CA 90016.

Schedule:

Monday Friday, 8AM 5PM PST

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the supervision of the Nursing Supervisor, the Registered Nurse will provide culturally competent medical health services to low-income individuals in Los Angeles County, with a specific focus on the LGBT community.

The Registered Nurse will assure quality and cost-effective care for clinic patients, and will manage a patients course of treatment, and coordinate care with providers and other clinical support staff to ensure quality patient care.

California Registered Nurse (RN) license

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)

Outpatient RN background in either ambulatory health care clinics, urgent care, non profits

Experience with HIV testing, STD testing and phlebotomy.

Experience in a non-profit, FQHC Healthcare setting is preferred

Experience with HIV patients

Eclinical works preferred
