Position located at California Correctional Institution (CCI) in Tehachapi, Kern County, CA.

Base pay range:

Under the supervision of the Supervising Registered Nurse (SRN) II/III and with clinical guidance from the Registered Nurse (RN) of the correctional facility, the Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides basic and technical nursing care to patients in various correctional health‑care settings. The LVN delivers patient care under valid provider orders, supports daily health‑care operations, collaborates with physicians and other health‑care providers, and promotes efficient use of health‑care resources.

• Possession of a valid, active California Licensed Vocational Nurse license.
• Experience and competency in general nursing care in a correctional or similar environment (additional qualifications found in the duty statement).
