Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (NP) who:- Speaks Mandarin or Cantonese and English fluently, with the ability to connect meaningfully with a diverse patient population.
- Has experience in primary care, managing chronic diseases, and addressing diverse patient needs with confidence and professionalism.
- Demonstrates strong independence and is comfortable working autonomously, making clinical decisions, and managing a busy patient load.
- Possesses excellent soft skills to build trust, foster lasting patient relationships, and grow both their personal patient panel and the clinic's census.
- Is mission-driven, passionate about medicine, and dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to adult patients, focusing on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management.
- Build and retain strong relationships with patients, emphasizing compassionate care and cultural sensitivity.
- Independently manage a busy schedule while maintaining exceptional quality of care.
- Use your communication skills and cultural understanding to provide care that meets the needs of a bilingual, diverse patient population.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care for all patients.
- Actively contribute to growing the clinic census by maintaining patient satisfaction and loyalty.
- Bilingual:
Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese and English is required. - Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine settings. - Education & Certification:
Active licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in California. National certification is required. - Soft Skills:
A proven ability to build trust, foster long-term patient relationships, and contribute to patient retention and clinic growth. - Work Ethic: A history of reliability, flexibility, and going above and beyond for patients and your team.
