Position: Certified Medication Technician (CMT)

Life Care Centers of America - 12145 Bridgeton Square [Nursing Assistant / Patient Health] As a Certified Medication Technician at Life Care Centers of America, you'll:
Accurately and safely prepare, administer, store, and document the oral and/or topical medications;
Assist in developing and implementing procedures to assess potential medication errors, when, where, and why they occur, and how they can be prevented;
Report medication errors immediately;
Ensure that no medication is administered without a written, signed, and dated order from an attending physician;
Chart appropriately and in a timely manner.
