Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our dynamic team in Cassville, MO. As an Nurse Practitioner (FNP), you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal Nurse Practitioner (FNP) candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team setting, and be dedicated to promoting the overall health and well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide primary and preventive care to patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and chronic disease management
- Conduct physical exams, take medical histories, and order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement treatment plans, prescribe medications, and educate patients on self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Stay current with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctoral Degree in Nursing (DNP) required
- Active Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification
- Current licensure in the state of Missouri
- Ability to obtain DEA registration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current medical practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
