As an RN Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing team while helping ensure residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centered care.
What You'll Do:- Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff
- Assess, monitor and document residents' physical, emotional and medical needs
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Oversee individualized resident care plans
- Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition
- Communicate with residents, families, physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support quality, safety and infection control standards
- Help promote a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Compassionate approach to resident care
- Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families and the healthcare team
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
