** As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Burrell, you'll be responsible for:**
* ** Providing direct nursing care to clients
** in accordance with physicians' orders and established policies and procedures
* ** Assessing clients' physical and emotional needs
** and developing individualized plans of care to meet those needs
* ** Administering medications
** and monitoring clients' progress and response to treatment
* ** Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
** of client care and communicating effectively with interdisciplinary teams
* ** Collaborating with clients**, family members, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and support
* ** Educating clients and their loved one
** s about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies
* ** Promoting a safe and supportive environment
** that fosters growth, dignity, and well-being for all clients

* Qualifications:

** LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in Missouri
** Where you’ll be working:
** You’ll be working in a Burrell clinic or residential facility assisting those who are struggling with persistent mental health disorders and/or substance use disorders on a Central Missouri Burrell campus.
