Canadian Registered Nurses – Skilled Nursing

We are actively recruiting Canadian Registered Nurses (RNs) for a full-time opportunity with an established skilled nursing organization in Southeastern Missouri

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
• Assess residents' clinical needs and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Advocate for patients and support their families throughout the care process
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements
• Support and mentor other members of the nursing team
• Respond effectively to emergencies and critical situations
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Canadian RN registration/licensure
• Passed NCLEX-RN
• Visa Screen Certificate
• TOEFL, unless exempt as a native English speaker
• Minimum 1 year of experience in one or more of the following:
• • Long-term care
  • Skilled nursing
  • Home care
  • Hospice
  • Medical-surgical nursing
• Ability to obtain Missouri RN licensure
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and decision-making skills
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care
