What You ll Do

• Provide mental health care for adult and senior patients in a behavioral health unit
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Support patient stabilization and recovery through evidence-based interventions
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
• Ensure safety and compliance with hospital protocols and regulations
• Participate in patient assessments and discharge planning
• Maintain up-to-date certifications and license requirements

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license in Missouri or corresponding state
• BLS certification
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience in behavioral health or related fields
• Experience working with ages 18 and above
• Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Experience in adult and senior psychiatric care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

About the Assignment
This position is at a prominent behavioral health unit caring for adults and seniors. The role involves night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Friday through Sunday, providing critical psychiatric care with a dedicated team. The facility focuses on recovery-oriented treatment, safety, and patient-centered approaches.
