United Health Group is seeking an After hours Registered Nurse to join our hospice team on a 7-on/7-off schedule. You will provide comprehensive hospice care after regular hours, including nights and weekends, primarily in patients' homes.
You will triage calls, perform eligibility evaluations within 48 hours of referral, and conduct after hours visits such as admissions, death visits, and recertifications while documenting care plans and patient responses.
