Aspire Senior Living Warsaw is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and monitoring residents' conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Ensure all care is provided in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as our company's policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve care outcomes and resident satisfaction
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
