Graduate Nurse

Provides direct patient care across all age groups, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing activities. Coordinates care with ancillary departments to ensure patient comfort and optimal outcomes, working within the scope of nursing practice and adherence to relevant regulations and ethical standards.

• Perform nursing duties aligned with established guidelines and organizational values.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Eligibility to take the nursing licensure exam.
• Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or completion within probation period.
• No prior experience required.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist with patient movement, with exposure to blood and body fluids.

Uses unit-specific equipment; may work varying shifts based on patient care needs. Emphasizes compassionate, ethical, and team-oriented care in line with organizational standards.
