• Provide nursing leadership to ensure safe, high-quality care for patients in a behavioral health setting.
• Oversee daily operations of nursing and support staff, including scheduling, supervision, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans across inpatient and outpatient programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, clinical policies, and documentation standards; monitor patient safety and quality indicators.
• Guide clinical governance, risk management, and incident reporting; support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support admissions, transfers, discharges, and family/caregiver communication while maintaining compassionate, patient-centered care.

• Active registered nurse license in Missouri
• Leadership or management experience in nursing, preferably within behavioral health settings
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment spanning inpatient and outpatient services
• Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical governance skills
• Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
