Job Summary:
Aspire Senior Living New Florence, a premier skilled nursing facility in New Florence, MO, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Contract Nurse (RN) to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, including progress notes and medication administration records
- Assist with resident daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to our goal of delivering exceptional resident care
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state Missouri.
- 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred, particularly in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, senior living, or geriatrics.
- New graduate RNs may be considered based on community needs and applicable requirements.
