As a Registered Nurse (RNs, LPNs) Charge Nurse at HERMITAGE NURSING & REHAB, you will play a vital role in our commitment to providing exceptional long-term care services to our residents. • Provide direct patient care to residents, including assessments, treatments, and medications as ordered by the physician
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and other nursing staff
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards of practice

As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for the overall management and direction of the nursing team. You will be expected to:

• Assume charge nurse responsibilities as needed, including making decisions related to patient care and staffing
• Participate in on-call rotations and be available to address any concerns or issues that may arise
• Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management as needed
