Liliput Inc is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead to join our rapidly growing Landscape Maintenance Division. This role will work directly alongside our Landscape Maintenance crews and direct daily work to ensure our clients' landscapes are maintained to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities- Direct and work with crew members.
- Ensure that team has necessary tools and materials to accomplish projects.
- Manage time, productivity, and material record keeping.
- Provide consistent and timely communication with team members and managers.
- Ensure adherence to plans and quality of work.
- Recommend modifications based on field conditions, client requests, and/or supply issues.
- Utilize hands‑on training philosophies and demonstrate a strong work ethic through your example.
- Promote safety, performance, and well‑being of all crews.
- Perform general landscape maintenance including planting and transplanting.
- At least 4+ years experience as a crew leader
- English and Spanish speaking
- Valid Drivers License w/ a clean record
- Must be able to lift more than 80 pounds.
- Must be able to properly and efficiently complete necessary job site and company paperwork.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers.
- Knowledge of Irrigation (valves, timers, drip/pop‑up)
- Must be familiar with and able to operate all maintenance tools and safety protocol
- Knowledge of basic planting/fertilization/pruning/pest control.
