FULL and PART-TIME LAWN & TURF SPECIALISTS

• Improve the health of lawns and ornamentals; operate and maintain equipment.
• Become skilled and licensed with fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides used to protect plants and the environment.
• Perform aeration and seeding lawns with our patented process.
• Opportunity for advancement.
• Welcoming to Fire Fighters, Teachers, or others with extended time between shifts.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Operate equipment to perform job responsibilities, lifting 50 lb material containers.
• Use techniques and materials according to procedures.
• Occasional equipment maintenance and inspection.
• Ability to communicate with customers, demonstrate services, and show interest in their lawns.
• Professional appearance to earn customer confidence.
• Able to learn, follow directions, anticipate, and adapt.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Diploma or GED required;
  Degree not required but beneficial.
• Military experience encouraged to apply.
• Reliable transportation to start the day.

Pay Scale & Benefits:

• Varies with experience and qualifications. No experience needed; training and licensing available.
• Leadership potential for experienced candidates.
• Above-average pay.
