The Oasis at Death Valley is situated in a lush, spring‑fed desert oasis in Death Valley National Park, offering the historic AAA Four Diamond Inn and Ranch, restaurants, gift shops, a world’s lowest elevation golf course, and year‑round hotels with swimming pools fed by naturally warm local springs.

We are looking for Groundskeepers to develop, improve, and maintain the grounds in and around The Oasis at Death Valley resort. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

  Requires early morning starts; typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

• Maintain the security and safety of all job sites and work areas for yourself, fellow workers, staff, guests, and any other individuals that may be affected during assignments.
• Perform all assignments directed by the Grounds Supervisor, Golf Course Superintendent, Grounds Superintendent, or Assistant Golf Course Superintendent while maintaining safety, quality, timeliness, and cost effectiveness.
• Water vegetation to maintain health and appearance.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems.
• Mow, edge, prune, trim, and plant vegetation.
• Maintain and develop ponds, fountains, and other decorative landscaping.
• Keep equipment and tools of the trade in good working order.
• Perform general grounds cleanup of trash and wind debris.
• Provide assistance for special events.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• At least six (6) months of gardening/landscaping experience, small to mid‑size equipment operation, and irrigation experience.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb and work from a ladder up to 40 feet from the ground level.
• Ability to travel over uneven terrain during shift.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
