Houska Inc is hiring for 12 Landscape Laborer positions in Boone, Callaway, Franklin, Gasconade, Lincoln, Montgomery, Pike, St Charles, St Louis City, St Louis, and Warren. This temporary, full‑time role runs from April 1, 2026 to November 30, 2026.

Using hand tools and equipment to perform landscaping duties including seeding, sodding, watering, digging holes with a maximum width of 24 inches and depth of 18 inches, planting, hauling topsoil and mulch, loading and unloading tools and supplies up to 50 lbs, and working outdoors in all types of weather. Tasks involve extensive standing, sitting, walking, stooping or bending, and repetitive movements.

• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Prepared to work in varying weather conditions.

• Hourly pay $19.80–$21.80, varying by skill and job type; $45.00–$70.00 on prevailing wage jobs.
• Possible performance‑based raise, bonuses, overtime ($29.70–$32.70), and Saturdays as required.
• Transportation provided from Wright City, MO.
• A small stipend may be given upon arrival.
• 60‑minute unpaid breaks and daily subsistence reimbursement ($16.28/day, max $68).
• Three‑fourths guarantee of work hours over 12‑week periods.
• On‑job training is provided.
